1. Returns
✅ Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Return within 30 days of delivery.

📦 How to Return:

Contact us at happydarboluxury@gmail.com   for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely with the RA number visible.

Ship to our return center (address provided via email).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or engraved watches.

Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable").

2. Refunds
💳 Processing:

Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

✉️ Notification:

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

3. Exchanges
🔄 Process:

Email us at happydarboluxury@gmail.com to request an exchange (subject to availability).

Return your original item first (see steps above).

4. Damaged/Defective Items
🔧 Solution:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.

We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
